Everyday brings new challenges and new experiences but for each day our God supplies new mercies. (New mercies are defined as exactly what you need to handle what you awake to each day of your life). What if I told you that, it’s okay to feel tired when you get up after you’ve slept all night? What about, it’s okay to know what the word says and still “feel” as if you can’t make it because of what you’re facing today? How about, it’s even okay to feel like you just want to walk away from it all and ride off into the sunset. You don’t have to feel superhuman to be superhuman. (Anointed of God.) So, before you act on any of these feelings, just reach over into today’s truck load of “new mercies” and get what God has supplied for you to handle whatever “this day” has brought your way.
Lamentations 3:22-23 NKJV
22 Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. 23 They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.
God is faithful. Not you!! He supplies us with exactly what we need in order to do what we can’t do ourselves. His mercies are new “every morning”. I am victorious because of His mercies, not my own abilities. How about you?
